Something a little different?

Not every story fits neatly into a package — and that’s completely okay. Whether you’re planning something unique, need a little more (or a little less), or have an idea you’d love to bring to life, get in touch with us. We’re always happy to create something custom that feels right for you.

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely! We’re always up for an adventure. Whether you’re getting married somewhere else in Victoria, interstate or further away, get in touch and we can chat about your plans. Travel costs may apply depending on the location, but we’ll always keep everything clear and upfront

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Of course. We can work together to find a location, time and overall feel that suits you as a couple. If you have absolutely no idea what you want, that’s completely fine too — we’re happy to throw some ideas your way.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to reschedule, just let us know as early as possible and we’ll do our best to find another date that works. Cancellations and deposits are handled depending on the booking, with everything clearly outlined before you lock anything in.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All sessions include professionally edited digital images delivered through an online gallery, ready to download, share and enjoy. Prints and albums can also be arranged if you’d love something physical to hold onto.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes! We actually offer video as part of our services as well, so we can absolutely help capture your day in motion too. If you’re after a specific style or need something outside of what we offer, we’re also more than happy to recommend trusted videographers who we know will work beautifully alongside our photography.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Definitely. If there’s a photo you’ve always wanted, tell us! Inspiration photos and Pinterest boards are always welcome. We’ll make sure we capture the important shots while still leaving plenty of room for those natural, unplanned moments that make your photos unique to you.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely — and for weddings, we actually encourage it. We can catch up beforehand, talk through your plans, get to know each other a little and make sure you feel completely comfortable before we ever point a camera at you.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

For regular sessions, you can generally expect your finished gallery within 2–3 weeks. Weddings usually take around 4–6 weeks due to the much larger number of images. We’ll always keep you updated, and wedding couples can expect a few sneak peeks while we work on the full gallery.
